  I visited this place on a Tuesday evening with a friend and was instantly greeted by friendly staff, who make you feel right at home. There was plenty of room to sit inside, and a few tables left in the patio. The decor was perfect, just dark enough to enjoy an intimate conversation, and with music quietly playing in the background at a volume that melts it into the background. Our waiter offered excellent service and was very attentive to our needs. The lamb meatball board was amazing (Be warned: lamb has a mildly peculiar flavor when fresh that some do not enjoy). I ordered the Green Tea Garden and very much enjoyed it as well. I will definitely be coming back to try the rest of the menu here. I'm very glad we have such a great coffee bar here in Dallas!

  Ascension Coffee is a very aesthetically pleasing coffee house. The homely feel and the local bands that play here at Ascension Coffee help elevate the atmosphere. The food is not bad, but it is slightly lacking. I'd rather come here for the coffee and to hang out. That aside, I'm not sure who runs the valet but the first time we came here we were told it was free if we ate Ascension with tips welcome. The next time we visited, there was no available parking aside from valet which we were informed was no longer free. The valets block off 90% of the parking here which is a little frustrating. The parking lot is small enough as it is and there is really no other area to park. I don't mind paying but why the change? Different valets?

  Epic....Music is amazing...coffee is super! Food is great, they have valet parking to make it easier! Price is solid! Decor is amazing! Most def Seattle worthy place :) And hey if like coffee that water down, and sweet don't order flat white, on the other side if you are looking to more Euro style coffee man flat white is sick :) A+

  This is a nice spot for hangouts with friends and colleagues. I visited this location about a week ago while I was waiting for my car to be fixed. I can’t say much about the menu since I only ordered dessert, but I liked the uniqueness of this place. They served their water in a rustic/vintage like red bottle. That was pretty cool! The staff was cordial and they had free Wifi. Nice spot for brunch.

  Shockingly delicious flat white. The chocolate cake comes with ice cream and berries!! So good. My friends ordered real food and they loved their sandwich and roll. It was kind of loud, but the atmosphere was fun, and even though it was busy we didn’t have to wait for a table. I wouldn’t come here on a first date because it was crowded and noisy, but I would totally come here on a fifth date, or with gal pals. Spent $12 on coffee and cake.
