Customer Service was not helpful and actually told me when trying to replace it "It's your fault you throw out the packing". - Lied about returning policy. There is nothing in writing stating audio devices or accessories. Please see below for some highlights of ASAVINGS Seller Profile (Returns Policy Tab). - "An opened desktop PC, notebook, Ultrabook or tablet PC that is free from defects in materials or workmanship can be returned (in new condition with original product packaging) within 30 days of the invoice date for a refund, subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price and related shipping expenses, all at aSavings sole discretion." - A defective Desktop PC, Notebook, Ultrabook or Tablet PC that is returned will be repaired, unless otherwise required by law. While we strive to adhere to our own standard RMA processing times, we cannot guarantee that these times will be met, especially in situations where the item must be sent to the manufacturer for repair. If you have a question regarding returning a Desktop PC, Notebook, or Tablet PC, please contact our Customer Service Department". Other Thoughts: I'm truly disappointed and now I know first hand how poorly this company handles its "Customers". Now I could see why the last couple of ratings were low. Not only did customer service representative tell me "It's your fault you throw out the packing". She started yelling over me repeating it as I was saying so where can I find this in writing? I never experienced anything like this thus far when it came to buying an item and trying to return it due to the seller. I'm basically out of $120 now. She also hung up which was very helpful. Thanks Nicole DeBlasie, you're amazing! PLEASE THINK FOUR TIMES BEFORE DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

::Waited close to a month to have an item shipped - all the while being "reassured" by their people it was coming. Just wrote them an email to ask the status on it - and they wrote back saying they cancelled my order! WORST COMPANY EVER

::I returned a product and clearly wrote the RMA# on the box and also inside the box. The tracked/insured package was delivered and signed for by their receptionist. Weeks later I have not gotten my refund (suppose to be 3-5 days). I attempted contact many times but they will not respond! What initially seemed to be a good transaction has turned out to be a pain. They have the returned product AND $169 of my money. Don't trust this place!
