  If I could give no stars I would. I had two orders for marble flooring. One order came with multiple breaks, the other came as a plain white marble without the gray striations. After much run around and weeks passed, they finally picked up the stone, but never credited back my American Express. I had to dispute and won the dispute. Lousy company.

  Beautiful tile selection - and Gina was great to work with. She came up with a number of great suggestions based on my initial thoughts, was creative within my budget and the after sale service was very good as well. I have used Artistic Tile a number of times over the years and can only highly recommend them.

  Terrible. First, they forgot to send us the grout. We only needed one bag but they then sent us three. Guess what, no return policy on grout. Worst of all, they sent us the wrong tile. We noticed it looked different and brought it to the store. The same salesperson who helped us pick out the tile in the first place told us that it is the correct tile and it will look right when it's finished. Nope. We went back to the store and they admitted it was their fault and that the sample was labeled incorrectly. Now the wrong tile is installed and we're fighting to not only get the correct tile, but the cost of removal and re-installation. They admit they screwed up but won't pay to make things right. DO NOT GO HERE.
