  Jackie makes this studio so much fun! She is a great dancer and instructor but also keeps everybody moving forward in their dancing! I am so glad I chose Arthur Murray in Merrick because the owner has several studios that we can go to for parties and exchange lessons. It's like being part of a big Italian family! LOL

  The instructors at Arthur Murray are incredible. I go to the Merrick Studio and work with Eugene and Jackie. The Arthur Murray system of step by step instructions makes it easy to learn ten popular ballroom dances and even some of the other less common ones. My main instructor is Eugene and he is a great teacher. He is always ready with a compliment and is very easy to understand in the way he teaches. Sometimes I dance with Jackie and she is a great teacher, too. I take private lessons which include attendance at group lessons three times a week and also a party night with open dancing. If you don't have a partner, don't worry, there are instructors to be your partner. They also have festival weeks where there are parties at other Arthur Murray facilities. They provide so much for a student to either take advantage of or not. It is all up to the student how far he or she wants to go. Great place to meet people if you are new in town. I rate this business 5 stars!!

  I have been with Arthur Murray Dance Studio for almost 2 years. My husband and I are enjoying the time we have learning to dance. We take private lessons, participate in the group classes offered and practice parties. Taking dance lessons has been very exciting, fun and challenging. I cannot leave out the great work out you get. My husband and I have been having a great time with our dance steps, especially when invited to weddings or events with dancing. We are able to get onto the dance floor, and having a great time!!!! While taking dance lessons, participating in the group classes offered and practice parties, we have met a great bunch of people at the studio. The instructors are a lot of fun and very hard workers with talent. I can keep talking about all the positives Arthur Murray Merrick Dance Studio has to offer, but the only way you are going to find out is to try for yourself!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  My husband and I went to Arthur Murray Dance Studio in Merrick, Long Island in order to brush up on dance steps for our son's wedding. We had both private and group dance lessons. The staff was great! They were friendly, patient, and good at their job. The hour-long lessons seemed to fly by...we were having so much fun. Go! You won't be disappointed!
