::If you want to visit New York you need to visit one of it's iconic roads. Come to Arthur Ave and eat at Dominick's or Mario's or even some of the newer restaurants like Zero Otto Nove and the like!

::This market has been around for years. Unfortunately, it's past its heyday. There are a few vendors, mainly meat and produce. The stand where they hand roll cigars captured my attention for a few minutes. It's not the bustling shopping center that it used to be.

::Such a nice place. Small traditional market with great produce

::What else is there to say about the Market, as well as several nearby shops? Outstanding meat, poultry, fish and produce served up in a helpful convivial atmosphere. We mostly live upstate now but come down once a week to haul back the goodies and eat at our favorite restaurants.

::An incredible and interesting place. From a neighborhood beer hall featuring great, local micro-brewery beers, to a wonderful meat-market featuring numerous varieties of homemade Italian sausage, to a terrific Italian deli with all the great sliced meats and homemade fresh mozzarella, an Italian gelato counter & bakery, fabulous pizzeria, great produce market & olive bar and an old-world cigar shop featuring excellent in-house, hand-rolled cigars of all varieties of wrapper, the Retail Market will have you enjoying out-of-this-world delights for hours- and if you bring food home to freeze, for weeks and longer! A truly wonderful, unique & great place, and an absolutely terrific time. And, contrary to another reviewer's comment, *all* vendors and retailers in the market accept credit-cards. The other reviewer was confusing the Retail Market, which is a single venue consisting of many shops in a single building, with the Arthur Ave street retail area in general.
