  The worst customer service I've seen. Order a floral arrangement from their website, and when they handed the flower arrangement to my girlfriend, the design was not the same as the one in the photo. when they called, they told me that because I chose the deluxe, (which only said in the description that it would bring more flowers) I was not going to bring that design. the original design were a tied and pink pearls in the container and they only sent me the flowers, without the pearls and without the tied. At the end, we do not reach any agreement because according to them is my fault for choosing the deluxe.

  Sandra is awsome! She was very Helpful in us making the decision on which flower arrangements to get for our grandmother who passed away. She was able to customize the ribbon for us and it looked great! I will be recommending this florist and definitely using them again.
