  Had multiple items on my Ford serviced here that ended up breaking again within a year. In addition they put the wrong lug nuts on my tires making them nearly impossible for me to remove by hand. If I had ever gotten a flat I never would have been able to put a spare on thanks to these people.

  INSIDE OF THE WAREHOUSE WHERE THE BAYS(LIFTS) AND THE MECHANICS WORK IS FILTHY, THE FOUNDATION OF THE FLOOR IS RUINED, AND SOMEDAY COULD HAPPEN AN ACCIDENT. BE CAREFUL WITH THE SALES PEOLE, WITH THE SERVICE PEOPLE, THEY R GOING TO TRY TO TAKE YOUR MONEY... SERVICE DELAY SO MUCH THAT WORKERS DONT GET PAID... THEY ARE SO UNORGANIZED. IT IS WHAT IT IS FOR A CHEAP PLACE LIKE THAT

  Initially, I had a very pleasant experience with the purchase of my 2013 Fusion Hybrid at Arroway. My sales rep, Ed was most courteous and helpful in arriving at exactly the kind of car I wanted, and I’ve been very satisfied with it, as well! On the periodic visits to the service department, I am always afforded friendly and courteous treatment, as if I were a special customer. On the rare instance when I needed emergency roadside assistance, a simple phone resulted in a timely response, and the problem was efficiently diagnosed and attended to! The comfortable customer lounge with complementary TV, coffee and internet service is a plus where you are able to wait for completion of your service visit!   They were so very friendly and helpful! After my service there, I went to the car wash next store and my windshield wipers got yanked off. I ran back over to Arroway and they were so helpful in getting me the right wiper, even though it was after hours.
