  I bought my latest car there and they have a customer for life. I feel like I am doing business with friends who are looking out for my best interests. By far the best car buying experience I have had.

  this is the worst customer service and mechanic dealership i have ever been to. I own: Dodge SRT Hellcat, Dodge Demon, Ram Pro master, alfa romeo, 3x jeeps, was going to buy a pickup truck for my business...never again will i ever buy a Chrysler American product nor will i ever deal with this dealership again. they treat their customers like dirt (and i am a very large brand customer for that matter) i had a true warranty issue on a brand new car, the dealership throws there customers under a bus without further investigating issues. I had to bring my car to a specialist in order to find a solution to the problems. by far the worst dealership ive been to. their customer service and service department should be ashamed of themselves

  Stopped in to speak to service advisor about an issue with my vehicle. They were very helpful and thorough with explaining the problem. When time comes to get service will drive extra distance to get serviced here. Want to also mention that I stopped in Meadowland of carmel on the way here, and all they cared about was getting in my car and tying it up as I have a warranty issue. They also quoted a ballpark repair price of 50 to 100 more than other dealer. Thanks to them arroway will have a new customer. Wouldn't even consider buying vehicle from Meadowland knowing I would have to deal with there service dept. Normally buy a vehicle every 2 to 2 1/2 years. .

  My RAM 2500 diesel crew cab long bed was delivered this week. The truck is well worth the time I waited for it to arrive. Thank you to Chris and Lisa for their help. The remote start and heated steering wheel are great options. The temperature has been around 5° all week.
