  I entrusted Arpin to pack and ship the contents of my apartment from Singapore to New York. Under their watch, water was permitted to enter into my container and the items which were not properly packaged became moldy. Upon discovering this, Arpin have withheld the return of my property to me in order to blackmail me into signing a waiver of injury to health or otherwise that may be caused by the moldy items. They have just threatened to expose my property by leaving it outdoors regardless of weather conditions if I do not sign the waiver. I have never experienced such completely defective delivery of service, flagrant dereliction of duty to its customer and wanton lack of care for mitigation of loss.
