  Excellent work! Quoted $610 for a repair by a discount mechanic shop, Arnone's did it for almost half of that, in three hours and no appointment. Friends family ask me for a mechanic I send them to Arnone's!

  The service here is usually acceptable, but NOT always. Their record-keeping is slipshod at best. I bought and had 2 new tires installed here. I paid for my service in full with my debit card and only received a small card receipt. A couple of months later, I NEEDED a REAL invoice for my records, like I get ANYWHERE ELSE, listing what I bought and such. I called Arnone's and asked for this invoice. The owner STEADFASTLY REFUSED to provide me this information. They said that they would NOT just look it up in their records and provide the information that they should have given me when I paid for the tires. I never even received any information on the warranty! I was a regular customer there until this incident. I won't be back! If you're smart, you won't buy any tires from Arnone's!
