  Arnold Chevrolet Buick is excellent in every way. I just leased a beautiful 2018 Chevrolet Malibu with the expert, caring help of Bill Tuchler. This is the fourth car that I have bought/leased through Arnold Chevrolet Buick and Bill Tuchler, starting in model year 2000. I will only ever buy or lease a car from Arnold Chevrolet Buick and Bill Tuchler. I highly recommend them. I always feel totally secure that Bill Tuchler is doing all he can to sell or lease me a car that is best for my needs and wishes and at the very best price. For my new 2018 car, Bill has done extra, extra work to enable me to save money through a surprise GM offer. Bill Tuchler has made getting a new car an easy, relaxed, comfortable experience for me. My mind is at peace knowing that I have the best car for me at the very best price available. I also want to thank salesman Joe Ward for always showing and teaching me how to use and enjoy the car's new technology features. He is patient, friendly, and a very good teacher. Mark Cohen and Jay in the Service and Parts department, helped me very much with accessories. In addition, I have only (since year 2000), and will only, use the Arnold Chevrolet Buick Service Department for service on my cars. I trust and have great confidence in their work. In summary, Arnold Chevrolet Buick is the very BEST car dealership with the nicest people who treat their customers with respect, kindness, and caring.

  In reply to the dealer: I don't know if you are aware but I was not a passer by, I made an appointment and I asked my relevant questions before even coming to the dealership, and clearly I was well aware of the price of the car and coming there confirmed I was willing to pay that price. IF I needed financing I would have asked for it. My time is extremely valuable to me, so I try to waste as little as possible, and I try to be respectful of other people time as well. Sitting down and talk numbers for a car I do not even know if I like to drive or even if it moves from the lot is absurd, and a waste of my and yours time. Other brands have no problem letting you test drive their cars that are more expensive and have more HP that the one in question. I visited the dealership to buy a used car. The sales person showed me the car and as usual I asked to test drive it. He replied:"oh no it's a vette ". So I laugh at the guy honestly thinking he was joking, when I realized he was serious. Not being able to test drive a car it is ridiculous if I was interested in a new "vette", more pointless for a used one. Needless to say I walked away.

  I bought a Chevy equinox that was used from salesman Kevin Hill. He was very nice but never told me that the car was not all wheel drive. I have always owned an AWD vehicle. I believed it was and bought the car. I didn't even try to bargain with him, or try to get the 2015 car for less money. So when it came time to finance the car I met John. He tried to sell me an extended warranty which I turned down. I wasn't going to spend more money than I already did. So I said that I will just take the free 1 yr warranty that comes with the certified preowned. There are signs up in lot. JOHN TOLD ME THAT MY CAR WASN'T A CERTIFIED PREOWNED SO I WAS NOT GOING TO BUY THE CAR BUT AFTER 2 hrs. And getting approval from manager, I was told I had a 1 year warranty. THEY AGREED. So I was happy and purchased the used car. So now i find out that I DO NOT HAVE A YEARS WARRANTY. I bought my car there because I thought they were upright and honest. I now have a front wheel drive car that doesn't Do well in the snow with no warranty at all. So sad. WHO CAN YOU TRUST!

  Joe Ward went above and beyond. My situation wasnt exactly ideal and he made sure I got the vehicle I wanted for a price I can afford. He is genuine and up front every step of the way and never felt like I was being lead on. My experience was excellent and I strongly recommend stopping by Arnold and asking for Joe.

  If I could I would give them 10 stars. The best experience I could ever dream of having. Joe is the best salesman you could ever have. So helpful and very nice to myself and my family. Excellent costumer service. Also a big help is John. I can't express the gratitude I have for this place.
