  Front Desk is always great, but the Orthodontics department provides bad service, I was mistreated while getting my Invisalign check up. I was also told to wait two months to get my next set of Invisalign trays as a way to punish me not sure why. I will continue to finish this treatment as I have paid more than half of the money but I will not recommend anyone to come here.

  I recently had to have 2 teeth extracted and was very nervous.. But the staff was very comforting and relaxing. It was the most painless experience ive had at the dentist. Dr Shirley was amazing.. The dental assistant i believe her name was Marissa was amazing as well. They will always have a patient with me. I literally have no complaints. Thank you to everyone of the staff members for your amazing work

  After reading the reviews, my experience was absolutely different. I went in the office in pain, and left with a referral to both and oral surgeon and endodontics. I need a tooth extracted, and a filling repaired on another tooth. The dentist stayed in the room for less than 5 minutes and pretty much said he didn't feel comfortable performing my procedures. My previous dentist went out of business, after 10 years of service, so I was stuck looking for a new office. I had a previous repair done to a tooth in front of one in question today, which was done in my previous dental office, I have NEVER been referred to a specialist regarding my teeth in my lifetime. After my cleaning, I was in pain, because hygienist kept hitting my problem teeth with no anesthesia, I was offered nothing for my pain and left to make all my own followup specialist appointments. I have never had an experience like this before. I am also big on continuity of care, you will never see the same provider or hygienist twice. I requested my xrays today, I can't be apart of this factory style dentist office.

  I have lived in Charlotte for 8 years and in that time have been through 3 dentists, unable to find a good one. I was without a regular dentist and last week discovered that I had a chipped filling. I called Charlotte Dentistry after reading online reviews, and they were able to get me in the same day. After discovering that the entire filling needed to be removed and replaced, Dr. Woodroof and the sweet hygienist (I wish I remembered her name!) stayed late on a Friday - well after the office closed - to take care of it for me, rather than making me schedule a follow up appointment for the next week. Everyone I encountered at Charlotte Dentistry was extremely nice, accommodating, and attentive to my needs. I also never felt pressured to have more work done than needed, and I was never waiting by myself in the exam room for the dentist (which I have done in all other dentist offices). While I only have 1 visit to rate them on, I will definitely be back!

  I absolutely hate going to the dentist. I won't go into all the details of my past. However, my experience at Charlotte Dentistry far exceeded my expectations. The receptionist Tracie was warm and professional. Her bubbly personality was awesome. My hygienist and dentist were awesome as well. They explained everything and the customer service was superb on all levels. I am actually looking forward to going back in November. Charlotte Dentistry has figured out the craft of customer service!
