::I was frantically calling around for a plumber for advice on a slow gas leak on a busy weekend. Only two returned my call - Armstrong and one other company. I decided to go with Armstrong because they followed up several times and the ladies in the office took the time to calm me down (I hate gas!), walk me through my options, and got me an earlier opening with a fantastic plumber, Jorge. He showed up early and was very communicative, efficient, smart and professional. He replaced a very difficult old joint in an extremely tight spot without leaving a speck of dirt or debris in less time than was quoted by my regular plumber who was unavailable. Our furnace was fully tested and back on in about four hours. I can't vouch for others but do yourself a favor and ask for Jorge.

::Definitely this company (or its employees) take advantage of the customers. • I would suggest not to request service from this company if you can. • I would suggest you pay attention to the time from the start to when the job is done. The service guy tried to charge me an extra 1.5 hours ($292) • Pay attention to the materials they use. I was charged $55 for a 3” piece of Copper pipe and $75 for the tool to cut the pipe (he said I had to pay for the ‘rental’ of this tool) • A Job that could have taken 3hrs, took 7.5 hrs.

::this company was doing work for our next door neighbor. We came home to a huge truck parked in our driveway. They did not ask permission, just parked there. They apologized and moved the truck. They cut across our property, stomped on plants without any regard. Came home today to find another one of their trucks in our driveway. The only way to get from the truck to our neighbor's house is to cut across our property. Completely unprofessional. Again they apologized and said "oh that was not me the other day, was the other guy". I would be concerned about the work they do that no one can see.

::I hired them to install a new 4-hole kitchen faucet. 3 years later the water lever came loose. After crawling up under the sink with a flashlight, I discover that the underside of the water lever was secured with an old plate that had rusted completely through while the rest of the faucet is secured with the new parts that came with the faucet. Armstrong has a "No Guarantee" policy so they charged me to fix a problem that should not have happened to begin. BEWARE of shoddy, non-guaranteed work!!!
