::My husband is in hospice im looking for a funeral home this place definatly will not be it. Two days ago I called to get info. The girl on the phine was exteremly rude not compassionate and very short when answering questions I asked. Ok maybe a bad day. Today I went in a girl came to the door I said to my daughter" I hope its not the same girl" and of course it was. We proceeded to go upstairs to fill paper work she handed me a bunch of papers with an "x" on the lines said "sign these". Didnt explain anything. I had questions about prices as i am raising money to cremate my husband .( i was quoted 683 on phone) she told me that was just for cremation body pick up and death certificate. I told her i needed a viewing she said thats 2000 something and it could be " cheaper" if i wanted him to be viewed on some type of table not a casket. .. While she was rocking back n forth in her swivel chair chewing her gum like a coh, I told her i didnt feel any kind of love or compassionate here and eventually asked her if she liked her job. She said "its alright" with an attitude she had no kind of customer service love. No respect of the dead at all. I would rather let my husbands body rott in a hospital on life support then to have him at home on hospice and have to send him here. . no way. She was a rude woman and has no business working for the dead or their families!!! Shame on her and those that allow her to represent their company. I hope she gets haunted so bad it runs her outta there.

::I cannot believe the way we were treated. They were not proactive in any sense and were extremely rude throughout the process. My experience ended with them lightly shoving my father's ashes to me and saying "there you go. go away. dont come back"
