  I had a deluxe indoor “Climate Controlled” storage unit. Water leaked and ruined most of my things. They wanted me to continue paying rent when they owed me for ruining my goods. I refused and they auctioned off all of my worldly posessions and sent me to collections.

  I had water leakage in first unit 5x10 which was supposedly “climate controlled” paid insurance only to be told that I had 500$ deductible but wasn’t that much damage
