  The worse bank in the world! Online banking is a joke. I have to reset my password every time I login. Hold time often exceeds an hour. Customer service representatives are confused; they don't know which policies apply to which banks (they take calls for 4 different banks). They're just unbelievably bad. Stay clear of this bank.

  Just waited for over an hour to talk to someone on the phone about random service charges that have been appearing on my account. Still haven't talked to anyone so I will be closing my account due to poor customer service.
