  Every time I visit this store I am always greeted with outmost respect, and feel completely comfortable just looking for a deal. Jasmine the manager always asks me if I want a fitting room or if I need a specific size or item. I usually don’t spend much and I am always treated equally to international customers who spend thousands.( It shouldn’t matter but I am of brown skin, just had to mention as I’ve read other reviews stating that their skin color light have affected the way they were treated.) I usually visit this store a few times a year and has a nice selection of high end quality clothing. Thank you Jasmine and Edgar for your profesionalism and high end service.

  Most unprofessional manager I have ever met in my life. I was looking for boxers in drawers as my size hadn't been put out and staff advised me there was more under the display. "Jasmine the manager" came running over and slammed the drawer shut whilst I was in the middle of finding my size, she did not say one word too me just closed it and walked off. I had only found one box in the colour I wanted and one of the staff found me another colour that I didn't want. I Bought them both and the staff advised me I can return them later for a credit note if I change my mind and the box is still sealed, so I purchased them and left. Came back 20minute later and noticed the colour and size I wanted was now put out on display. Asked if I can exchange 1 box to the colour I wanted. The manager rudely told the staff I couldn't do that even though I was told I can before I made the purchase 20minute earlier. But what annoys me the most is that through out this whole time she did not have the courage to speak to me herself like I was below her and she was to important. She was standing in front of me speaking through her colleague I personally think she had a problem with my brown skin more then anything. I will be writing to Armanis board of directors to see if this is how they should be treating there customers. Who spend 1000s in there stores around the world.

  Great service from Carlos, Ms. R, Evian & Co. My cousin & I bought over $12K worth of clothing during a 2 week period. From the beginning, they treated us as if we had already spent that much & this is a rarity nowadays. Great job Staff! 😉
