::I’m always super nice going in there and polite because I myself work in retail etc but the attitudes they give me are very unessesary and it bothers me because toward customers I’m always super nice to them ! If they can’t hear what I say and replying with a nasty “ what “ is uncomfortable as well as the other workers staring at you for whatever reason. I’m thinking of switching pharmacies because each time I go in there, they are rude . I wanted to say something but didn’t want to cause a scene. Some of the workers need to work on how to actually speak to people and if not , in my opinion , they shouldn’t be working there ...

Such a pleasure to know there is still Pharmacies that are Family owned & actually take the time to get to know you as their customer & went the extra mile to make sure the process with electronic prescriptions went as smoothly as possible, making sure they had recieved the RX script, taking the time to confirm that they had the correct medication in stock & filled it in less then 5 minutes of wait time. I highly recommend ARLO DRUG STORE OF LI, Inc. TO ANYONE AND EVERYONE, EVEN IF IT'S A BIT OUT OF YOUR WAY, BECAUSE THE PERSONAL SERVICE THAT THEY STILL PROVIDE IS ALMOST OBSOLETE NOW A DAYS, AND THEIR PRICES ARE CHEAPER THEN PLACES LIKE CVS, WALGREENS, RITEAID, ETC. WHEN THEY ALLOW U TO USE A DISCOUNT CARD ON THE MEDICATION YOUR INSURANCE REFUSES TO COVER! #WE_LOVE_ARLO!

::Terrific family run business. There is no need to go to a big box pharmacy when you can get personalized service and the same prices at big chain stores. Extremely friendly, knowledgable, and appreciative staff. Their service is first rate and they contribute to a vibrant downtown Village business district.
