  Just horrible. I don’t stop going someplace because of bad service one time because anyone could have a bad day. But after several experiences with the rudest workers I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with... I’m done. The last wash is at 9:00 and it closes at 10. Considering how poorly the machines dry, that’s really not enough time to get a decent load through a machine and then dried. But let’s say you manage to do that, and it is 9:50, and you have 10 items left to fold? Expect a worker to rudely yell at everyone there. Another woman actually got into a shouting match when the worker said she didn’t give a damn if her clothes were wet. I relayed this story to not one, but two neighbors, each has a similar experience. One had someone throwing her out at 9 even though the sign clearly states open until 10. Plenty of other places to go, they’ve lost my business.

  Worst laundry in town. Charge 50 cents for 10 mins dry. And on top of that the clothes don't even get dry at all. The washing machine are even more expensive and they don't even have they right cycles. I really don't recommend this laundry to anyone.

  Great laundromat a little pricey than I was used to but very clean and organized so I don’t mind :)

  I use the drop-off service. Ready the next day. Workers usually nice. Saves my time for other errands. I just tell them low heat so nothing shrinks. At pick up everything's folded and done. Worth it for me. Open long hours for convenience.

  Came to do my wash today and all was fine until I took my 8 pair of jeans and 2 pair of shorts out of dryer #11. There were black smears all over each one. When the woman came over and I told her what had happened she pulled out a pen refill. She looked at me as if to say that I had this in my pocket...really! She than walked away, I went after her to say aren't you going to put an out of order on it so no one else has the same experience? She unwilling did it and said she left a note for the owner as to why she took it out of service. I then washed them 2 more times, some of the marks came out and I told her to call the owner to tell him he has an irate customer. When I went to was them for a 3rd time is when she came over to offer to pay. I understand it is at your own risk but the customer service for this place is horrible. The owner never came and I left my name and number for a call from him. Lesson of the day is always check the machines before use!!!
