  I’ve been going to the Arlington Fit Body Bootcamp for over 2 years and I absolutely love it... the energy and motivation you get from the trainers is exceptional! The workouts are different everyday so you’re not stuck doing the same thing week after week.

  I have had a one on one trainer in the past and it was great, but this style of a workout and personal trainer is by far the best! The trainer is always watching our form, giving us many different workouts and actually cares about your results! You get to meet like minded individuals and become a part of the workout family. You are held accountable for the choices you make. What you eat, getting to the gym, putting in your all, and having fun while getting fit. It's a place for positive attitude. I've been here for 6 weeks and I see a HUGE change in weight loss, fat loss, muscle definition, inches loss, and most importantly, I have learned how to become a normal eater instead of eating once a day and how to eat clean and healthy. I have not felt this way in years. I have the best trainer (graylynn) who pushes you to do your best and continues to make sure your form is perfect and you are using the correct size weights! There is not enough room here to boast about fit body or about my trainer! If someone gives a one or two star review than they are the ones who do not appreciate or care about their outcome nor do they care about how hard the trainers work on your behalf!! Thank you to my fit body family, Freddie and his wife Crystal and most of all, my trainer Graylyn!

  If you want a team behind you to get you to your goals, this is the place to go. They have multiple sessions throughout the day so it's hard to make an excuse to not go. The trainers are positive, encouraging and engaging. You have nothing to lose by trying it except those extra lbs!

  Best personal training program in Texas. Workout in a group and everything is still personalized. Nutrition, accountability and fitness all in one. LOVE IT
