  The Arlington Community Federal Credit Union is outstanding! It truly shows that the credit union is focused on exceeding its members expectations through the products they offer and their customer service. I have been a member for over 6 years and continue to be impressed. The mobile banking platform is one of the best I've seen and I can do just about everything without driving to a branch. I've referred three friends/family members since joining and they were just as impressed. Keep up the great work!

  Have never had a problem with this credit union and I'm not understanding all this negativity, but I guess everyone has there own experience and mine is great, customer service and all. Thank you Arlington Community Federal Credit Union for all your services

  Thire interest rate is great, but customer service ZERO.

  It always shocks me when people write bad reviews. I have been a member for more than 10 years. I had multiple car loans and accounts. I have never had a problem with them. the staff is always courteous and professional and their services are much better than the banks that are too big to fail.
