::Garrett (the technician) came to replace a defective transformer in the fireplace, and also found a gas blockage, which he fixed. Cleaned and adjusted unit. Very professional and efficient, and even replaced an igniter on our BBQ grill. The office staff was very helpful, and the price was reasonable. I would definitely use this company's services again.
