  Arrived in the drive thru at 9:11am left at 9:25am on a Wednesday. The customer service representative teller 1610 was not friendly appeared to not want to be at work. This is unacceptable as a member of this credit union because when I'm in Gilbert they are always willing and ready to assist. Phoenix you have professional development to improve on.

  Lines are ridiculously long most of the time. If you use the drive thru make sure you have your own pen. They never provide one, they also tend to run out of deposit/withdrawal slips all the time and it takes them far too long to send you new ones. It has taken up to 20 minutes to finish a very simple transaction. Awful customer service!

  well first off if someone changes your online banking takes a credit in your name your screwed if its after business hours. you have to wait till next businss day well they rip you you off... great if you a criminal. con if you have account

  Been banking with them for years....i love this place..this bank..they've helped me out a lot with my credit issues, by far great staffing...they're friendly, happy and always smiling!. They've got a great team and cant wait for it to expand. By far my favorite bank...if i could rate more than 5 stars..i would :]
