  Good prices on product, but install with your own installer. We bought 5,000 in carpet. We had seam issues in 2 rooms. I called them, after a number of calls, they sent their "installers" back. After pounding with a hammer, and kicking, it looked ok. But a few weeks later, not good. So we called a professional. It was installed incorrectly. It's fixed now in one room, after 290 in additional expense. The second room, because they took the remnants, may be up to 800. Products good, installation is horrible. I would not recommend these people because they cover for their installation.

  My daughter Toni was the first to do business with them, very pleased. Now it's mama's turn and Marie is taking good care of me. They are VERY accommodating, friendly , professional and look forward to seeing the end results.
