  I had my backpack monogrammed and I thought I made a wrong decision but it turned out GREAT!! I love it so much

  Great customer service and unique products. If you have an idea, bring it to them and they can make it happen! You will NOT regret dropping by this precious home-town boutique!

  At first I really liked this place. My first time dealing with them everything was perfect. So I went back a second time. Never again would I step foot in that store or recommend it to anyone. Horrible customer service, they lie, screw up products then try to replace with cheaper versions of a product you purchased. Also, the don't uphold refunds when it's their mistake. Horrible company.
