::Please nobody purchased anything from this place. I Purchased a $7000 couch and I Purchased a protection plan. The material started wearing away of little bit so I called in them to have it replaced. I Was told that someone could get back to me. Two weeks later I feel again and I got the same line. Then I went to the Danbury store, where they gave a card for a local rep. I send her the pictures of the damaged slip covers. She agreed they needed to be replaced. She told me that she would send samples out to me. I never received them, I have texted, called and emailed Tara. No response

::The Arhaus Danbury store is totally awesome and I am very particular. The service is excellent, they bend over backwards to help you find the right pieces for your home and everyone is so friendly and accomplished. Our Arhaus couches, end tables and sofa chairs are very high quality. Its the only place I will go shopping for any interior or exterior furnishings.

::Furniture is nice (EXSPENSIVE) and all but the staff is horrible. If you don't walk in there looking like a millionaire they treat you like garbage. They only care about your money. Don't give them the time of day or your money. Go to another furniture store in the mall.

::Wish I could give this company 0 stars. Their recliners (not even one year old and with typical use) busted and it has been two months of phone calls, reports, talking with managements to have a tech show up to our home and order a replacement part. Arhaus has not contacted me since that day - a month ago- and I have been calling to find out what is going on. Now they say this mechanism is ordered and will not arrive for another month!!! At this point, we hate seeing the recliner in our family room and just want to buy from somewhere else. Such a rip off for a cheap piece of furniture from a company with a lack of customer service. I wish my family had researched a little more into their ethics, as the reviews online are just as horrible as this one.

::So far a a great experience! We worked with Brandon at the Danbury , CT store and he has been amazing. Always responsive, courteous, and very helpful. We purchased a couple of items there and one was delivered today as promised. I love this store and the amazing customer service your receive makes us want to go back for sure.
