  It’s a good tea shop with a ton of variety. Prices are high for the tea, though. Plenty of space to relax and sip on your beverage. The baristas are very kind, too!

  Overall 4.5 stars Environment 5 stars Staff 5 stars Food 4.5 stars Price $$/$$$$ It’s a nice place for study and some tea. It’s close to my school so i usually do small group meetings there. It’s quiet also.

  Nice coffee place ambiance. The lentils that I ate weren't too good in taste. Service decent.

  I'm very disappointed with the employees at this location. I spent enough money on Argo tea already, I actually live just across the street from the one in Northwestern Memorial Hospital. Today I walked in at the location on Rush St and kindly asked to use their restroom since the place I was having breakfast (next door- Bagels) their toilet broke. I was, very rudely, told "No!- you have to buy something first". Where is your decency to help someone in need? Without asking for money first. What kind of customer service are you providing to a loyal customer? A customer who buys here at least once a week? I am extremely disappointed. Will think twice before stopping in ever again, at any Argo Tea.
