  There is a lot to love about this spa - the facility is beautiful, the amenities are enjoyable, and the massage was very relaxing and healing. However, a couple of details kept this from being a 5-star experience for me. They both involved the relaxation lounge. As soon as I stepped in, there was a really unpleasant odor in the room, which smelled like cigar smoke. It was surprising and off-putting, and ended up leaving me with a headache at the end of my visit. The other issue, which admittedly is not the fault of the management, was the amount of loud chit-chat by the other spa patrons. This, coupled with the odor, made for a less-than-tranquil experience.
