  I am so grateful that I met Dr. Michael Mort Esq. His firm Agent Place Law helped me register a trademark and write a NDA to protect a project I am getting off the ground. I wouldn't make a move in business without consulting his firm first. He has since helped friends with their contracts and sales agreements with their company. Any kind of business document should be looked over by a business lawyer and specifically Argent Place Law prior to signing it. Why wouldn't you protect yourself? I highly recommend reaching out to the firm and finding out how they can protect your business.
