::This is a nice clean new gas station but the staff are incompetent. I went in to buy an Arco pump pass card to save time on fill-ups it took 40 minutes and several attempts to actually procure a pump pass card. But it still wouldn't work and they had to get the card working by turning it on from inside the store. The next day I called the people that run the card and after a lot of back and forth it was determined that at this gas station the pump pass cards don't work at the pumps!!! I called the manager at the station, Jorge, who was not friendly or sympathetic at all. I tried to explain to him that his staff should understand that their gas station doesn't support these pump pass cards (unless the person goes INSIDE the station to make the pump turn on). The staff should know this to prevent wasting everybody's time. Gas Station Manager Jorge did not care. So not only does this gas station not support their own Arco pump pass cards, but they're so incompetent that they'll waste time incompetently selling you one and the staff don't realize they don't work at the pumps, defeating the whole purpose.

::The owner of the establishment doesn't accept mobile phone coupons for cigarettes and now just found out they don't accept direct mail coupons for cigarettes either. Their door signs stating the opposite should be removed. False advertisements. They accepted them and were cheaper still at 711. $2.89 for a candy bar. Hope the whole green energy movement wipes them out. Redic.

::Their service here is mediocre at best. More importantly, I have a problem being charged to spend my money here! .35 adds up I don't care that it is because I use my debit card. I avoid them if possible!
