::Greg has worked on two of my bikes(one of those being a tandem) and done an awesome job. He's fast, knowledgeable, and very fair on pricing. I highly recommend him for anyone looking for a place to get their bike fixed up or general bike needs.

::Craig is incredible. He will take the time to teach you about anything you ask about if you want to learn. I asked about reinforced tires and what else other than Gatorskins there was, he pulls out tire pieces that have been cut to about a foot in length and proceeds to show me the difference of each, performance vs protection of all. In addition, while his "tune" is more expensive than your typical one at one of the larger chain shops, you get what amounts to everything those stores sell for a lot more in the "full" or "premium" tune. He also includes a "slush fund" in your tune of 30 dollars that keeps him from having to call you because a 5 dollar part (like brake pads) are needed! The gallery upstairs had a photog graffiti exhibit, there's a classic pinball in the store, the items he sells are things he personally recommends and his years of experience spills forth in every encounter. His turnaround time is generally on par or better (barring a sudden influx of work showing up) than most other stores. The best part? None of that "bike-bro pretentiousness" you get at other 'hipster cool' shops in the area.
