  If it was possible to give negative 5 stars, I would. I came in for a blonde ombré and left (after two visits) with a flaming hot Cheeto looking head. During the first visit, I showed Mona a picture of the color and style I wanted. She told me not to worry & I will leave satisfied. After an hour and a half of my head being pulled at, drenched in Arctic cold water, smacked with a blow drier... I had bright red highlights. Absolutely not what I wanted. I told Mona this is red and not blonde and she convinced me it was the Christmas lighting in the salon. So when I went home & took a closer look, my hair was very clearly red. I made my way back to Mona the next day and she promised she would fix it and brighten it up to the blonde I wanted. She sat me down with my neck snapped backwards into the sink for 20 mins with her slapping dye into my hair along with burning my ears, forehead and neck. Once again, my head, along with my face, endured a bone chilling rinse with the Arctic cold water. After blow drying my hair for the final result, Lo and behold the flaming hot Cheeto head. No ombré, no highlights... just a head full of cheese doodles. I’m considering going bald now.
