::The Arcadian is clean, well run and in an excellent location. The staff are helpful, thoughtful and kind. My only complaint is that the breakfast is not up to the quality of the facilities and staff. The breakfast was a cheap carb fest with a few pieces of fresh fruit and some boiled eggs hidden in the mix. If the breakfast was improved this hotel would attract a loyal base.

::Nice hotel. Very modern and clean. We had a great stay here. Location is pretty good for Brookline because you are closed to many dining options and not far from Boston downtown. We parked at a meter spot which was perfect for staying on a Saturday night into Sunday night because of free meter parking on Sundays. There were plenty of spot to park for meters. Nice and clean room. Bed was comfy. It came with free breakfast but we didn’t wake up for it. The lounge is nice. Has a microwave in the lounge with plastic utensils which i was able to reheat my left over dinner. Nice coffee machine inside our room so i was able to make espresso on the morning. Would definitely stay here again.

::Spent 5 nights here on a business trip. The ambience is light and peaceful. Great location and metro station was literally visible from my window, in 15 mins you can be in the downtown. Housekeeping was great with daily fresh sheets & towels and my room had a great view of St Paul intersection. Although they are pretty slow in service. I asked for a toothpaste thrice but never got one! Employees at the reception are mostly trainees kind of but are warm in addressing. I had a situation where I could only pay in cash, which I was denied in a chat before I started my trip which disturbed some of my plans. But upon reaching there, they said they also accept cash. Good for me. They have a beautiful lobby area where you can chill out if you're feeling like. Breakfast included danish, muffins, coffee, flakes, donuts etc. Starts to get monotonous after a couple of days, and at times did not feel that fresh.

::Although we had some issues with the original rooms (some had hot water issues), the Manager on duty sorted this by upgrading us to the tower units. The hotel is clean, friendly and accommodating staff and is situated in a good area. Close to most universities and public transport available across the road. Comfortable staynfor business or leisure.

::We stayed at the Arcadian Hotel Brookline last week for 7 nights and had a wonderful stay. I’d recommend this place to anyone planning to go to Boston. We had an issue with our King bed room (the A/C didn’t work correctly), and after two nights, we requested to be moved to another room. Demetrius was VERY helpful in accommodating our request. He put us in a King Suite, room 404, which was a corner room on the same floor. Now we had suite with a great view of the street intersection of St Paul & Beacon. Coolidge Corner is a short walk away. It offers many restaurants and shopping opportunities. A Trader Joe's is there too which was quite useful for us. Here is a summary of the positive and negative aspects of our stay: Positive: Location - The location is in Brookline. The St Paul T stop on the Cleveland Circle Green line was right outside the hotel. This made getting around a snap. Friendly staff – we were greeted both when we left and when we returned. They were also very helpful. Complimentary continental breakfast from 6:30 – 10:30 in the lobby. Large and welcoming lobby for eating. A microwave is available 24 hours. Lots of places to charge media devices. Nice clean rooms Fitness Center was available Negative: Slow elevator No safes in the room No drawers to put our clothes in. This was a bit inconvenient since we stayed there for a week. No room service available. Not an issue for us but others might want to know this. No pool (despite what Maps says) If you choose to stay here, I’d suggest asking for a room with a street view unless you want to view the lobby where people eat breakfast and gather. Overall, our stay was marvelous and I’d recommend this place to others. Photos include the Hotel from the Inbound T Stop, the Intersection of St Paul and Beacon from room 404 showing inbound and outbound T Stops, and the lobby.
