  I called today to locate a part for an older fan. Bruce was extremely helpful. He found the part and has it waiting for me to pick up. I had tried other places, and no one was as helpful as Bruce. Thanks for your great customer service!!!

  Made special trip today to purchase chandelier. Absolutely no assistance. Bearded man at desk said "hello" and "thanks for coming in". He made no effort to ask me what I was looking for or to sell me anything. I don't recommend this store if you're looking for any assistance in making a lighting choice.
