  They messed up my order and wanted me to drive back with no compensation. They need to fire their cook Named Sue. I was also promised a call from a general manager and never received it. Their food was so bad I got ill on the little bit of food they remembered to put in the bag. Our order was entirely wrong and cold! It's obvious this location doesn't know what they're doing and that maybe Arby's might be going under. I would not recommend this place to anyone! I really think that corporate needs to come in and fire everyone and start over! I did go to the hospital after getting food poisoning so maybe there will be a lawsuit in the works.

  The woman that waited on me tonight at the Castle Shannon location named Melissa did an absolutely wonderful job. The service was prompt as well. Thank you all very very much! On a sidenote, I ordered the Nashville hot fish sandwich and the regular crispy one; very good!!💯🙏👌🎼

  Usually this location can be counted on to provide pretty decent "fast food". Our last visit though was terrible. The o rings wete a crumbled mess, the beef was a half portion at best & tasted old. Overall disappointing. Hope it was jyst an off day. B+ for cleanliness & they did have courteous order takers. Will try again so hopefully corrections will be made.

  It works when in a pinch. This location must be any original design because the insides, the decor is something out of the early 80's. It's clean, just old. Food taste was good but like all fast foods quality is questionable.
