  Went here around 8:30pm which was just about 2 hours before closing. Drive thru was long so we went it. There was a man in front of my husband and I. I waited 5 minutes and the cashier hadn’t even took the man in front of me order. The lady was running from drive thru window to front register and I didn’t see anyone else but one cook. So we left. Maybe try again later.

  My favorite Arby's in town, never have to wait long and food is always as fresh as can be expected for fast food.

  Why do the Arby's on this side of town suck so bad? I ordered at the drive thru. And he says....uh whenever you're ready. Hello? Listen dude. Then still stalls. I'm so over bad service in this town .

  The lady didn’t understand what we were ordering and it was SO simple! We asked for NO horseradish in the sauce that comes with a certain sandwich and they still gave us that one. And they didn’t give us our Oreo Bites.
