  Have two sick Douglas Fir trees. Local tree service company has become unreliable, so I emailed Arbortech on a Saturday evening (knowing they are closed Sat & Sun - and this particular Sunday being Mother's Day). Sunday morning I received an email response requesting photos of the trees. Sunday night I received a follow-up email with diagnosis based on the photos (which corresponded to diagnosis given a couple years earlier by local company). Unfortunately, I was told trees are beyond help - the cost to treat them would "not be money well spent". If I ever have another tree issue, I will definitely call Arbortech first. Thank You!!
