  i have to say how great these guys are. I ordered a baffle kit for my Ducati 1098. Unfortunately the package was damaged by USPS and most of the items went missing. This is no reflection of A&R but poor handling on the post office side. I contacted Rob at A&R and he quickly sent out the missing items. I received them two days later. These guys have great products and outstanding customer service. There are not a lot of companies who will jump to help their customers like this anymore, but these guys definitely do.

  Took my bike in for a oil change and staff was cool but my bike has oil leak coming from drain screw and filter. First time trying this shop will not go back again.
