  Horrible. Horrible . Horrible. How is this company even around Every local number you call,forwards you to the phillipines and the reps have ZERO product knowledge. Not even the basics. I had to spell everything out and because I felt like I was communicating with a 5 yr old, I asked where on the website the product is and they didnt even know. They had to stop and check on every question....this has happened on every one of my dozen calls to try and resolve this because my Insurance forces me to use them. This company would NEVER survive in a free market. You call other local numbers and it gives you a menu system that doesnt even address what you are looking for and then transferred to the phillipines to talk to some one with NO product knowledge and the communication and language skills of a 5 yr old. Its level 10 insane!

  Horrific customer service and you cannot even understand the person on the phone, are they even in the continental US. I was trying to set up and account for Bipap supplies but I will never use this company! Horrific!!!
