::I am continually impressed with this company's operations and staff; They really have their act together. Matt Griffin, one of their technicians, recently performed maintenance on my boiler. He arrived on time, with a pleasant hello, and was professional and extremely courteous! He also was very knowledgeable and communicated perfectly. Appolo installed my boiler some years ago and I was blown away then, at the level of professionalism and quality of work. I think they're pricing is competitive, and well worth it, because you get highly qualified technicians who are a pleasure to deal with!

::Do NOT use this company! They charge you for a service contract that says 24/7 365 day service and then do not follow through. They said they would send a tech in 3 hours and that was 15 hours ago. They are rude and make poor excuses for not showing up. I have little children and a 45 degree house and they are still pushing my time back further. The tech called us just before midnight to tell us he wasn't coming and didn't even know how to work on our boiler! If you don't know how to work on my boiler why am I paying you for a contract! Don't pay these sheisters.

::Appolo team installed an electric hybrid AO Smith water heater in place of an Amtrol direct fired water heater. Appolo sales and technical support were excellent and easy to work with, knowledgeable, punctual and friendly. The old water heater was an Amtrol direct fired unit attached to a boiler, they had to remove the old unit, re-configure the system to accept the new one and test it. The work was done in one day, everything worked fine and I am very happy with the new unit. After the install, the team went over how to use the unit, how to service it and how to submit the energy rebate form. I would highly recommend their services to family, friends or anyone else.
