  What a joke...Price were way over priced for used appliances..drive down a street to Sears outlet would be way better deal than this place.

  Electric and gas appliances were all mix together. It was difficult trying to find a matching washer and dryer set. My wife and I spent about 30 mins looking around and not once did anyone greet or help us. We were immediately turned off by the poor customer service and unorganized appliances. P. S. My wife and I bought a washer and dryer set later that day for $1200.00 dollars cash.

  Shopped prices for a washer and dryer here, Sear's Outlet, Best Buy, Lowe's, Home Depot. The prices here were averaging $200-300 MORE for damaged items than you can buy brand new elsewhere. Selection was not very good and the salesperson was not helpful at all.

  We made an initial visit just to get an idea of what was available and to start pricing out appliances as we slowly replace broken and old appliances in our home. Eddie was our salesman then and very patient. Today he helped us as we purchased a washer and gas dryer for great prices. We visited competitors and found that other salespeople didn't introduce themselves much less suggest any appliances that might fit what we were looking for. Eddie took the time to find out our desires, educate us on features and service warranties and generally kept checking in with us while we were in the store. Thank you for the excellent customer service and excellent pricing!
