::I buy all of my appliances from these guys. They always give me a 6 month replacement warranty, and I have NEVER had to use it. Our first dryer we bought from them ($200) lasted for 7 years. Our second dryer ($450) is on 8 months and still working flawlessly. The washer we bought ($150) has been working fine for 10+ years (ok, had to replace the belt, but no big deal). I am now in the market for a refrigerator. Any guesses who I'm going to buy it from?

::Not sure why this place didn't show up on my Google search for used appliance dealers. Noticed it while on the way to another place that did show up in the search. I got a GREAT used Kenmore washer/dryer set for under $400 total, delivered and set up within 4 hours of having found the place and I live near downtown Dallas. I can't say enough good things about this experience after having been stood by a couple of other delivery dealers. Glad I found this place.

::We bought a used fridge with a 3 month warranty. The fridge had a faulty fan & would not cool on the first day. Most of our frozen food thawed. One month after this the fridge started leaking water from under the fridge and making extremely loud noises when cooling. They told me they were going to come look at it in a few days. Later that week I started calling persistently to get an update- they quit taking my calls on Friday. On Monday they told me that I had to bring the fridge to them or pay them a $35 service charge for them to look at it and would only take a credit card. I didn't feel comfortable doing so & offered cash at the time of service. The representative told me that he didn't trust his employee to receive a cash payment. I am going on 2 weeks now and they keep giving me the same run around- who is this? We will call you back to schedule a visit. etc... I would only buy an appliance from them if you plan on giving it to an enemy.
