  I am not one to write many reviews but felt it was necessary to share. My overall experience was great, pricing was competitive and the entire staff was extremely professional. I worked with Kevin Douglas who was terrific. He was extremely thorough, quick to respond to all questions and really assisted with a seamless process. I would work with Appliance World and Kevin Douglass again in a heat-beat.

  Wonderful service and the very best installation using Gaudio Bros. Installers. They did a fantastic job installing both our washer and dryer.

  I wanted to keep my business local and not go to a big box store. My main concerns were price and service. The price of the dish washer we purchased was the same as what I could buy it for from 2 of the big box stores so then it came down to service. I was able to get the dish washer we wanted 3 weeks sooner than the big box stores could deliver it. Additionally, the team that installed it called in advance, were on time, courteous and professional. They explained the operation and left no trace that they were here. We are very happy with our experience at Appliance World.

  We recently renovated & bought all new kitchen appliances from Appliance World. Our sales rep Kevin couldn’t have been more knowledgeable. When we had a delivery issue it was resolved & a problem with our refrigerator was promptly addressed & corrected. I would highly recommend this store for their competitive prices & great salesmen.

  If you are in need of any kitchen appliances, or washers/dryers, etc., I strongly recommend Appliance World. We replaced our entire kitchen working with them, and the customized, attentive service we got was just perfect. Nothing like the so-so help you get in the big chain appliance places. And the prices are good, too. If you want absolutely the lowest end and lowest price, you can go just about anywhere, but if you want something just a little bit better, at an affordable price, and need good service and help, go here.
