::I completely echo the negative review by Justin Hess. We just finished unloading the whole contents of our freezer after this serviceman did something(for $200) that made our freezer not work AT ALL!! Also he invented a "clicking sound", which didn't exist, that he wanted to "fix" for an extra $200. The WORST!!!

::Appliance Repair of the Rockies sent a professional technician to repair my dishwasher installation that Home Depot screwed up horribly. Jorge knew exactly what to do and how to do it. It is worth $150 to have the work done right. How can anyone expect a trained professional to come out to your home for any less. I paid Home Depot $79 for the install and their guys flooded my hardwood floor. It is going to cost their insurance company $3000 to replace and refinish it. I should have had Jorge do the installation in the first place. I highly recommend Appliance Repair of the Rockies!

::The worst. Don't call. Crooks. The service charge is $70. The service charge is waived if you proceed with the work. The total time spent on our washer was 5 minutes. No lie. Five minutes. The repair man repositioned our rubber seal. It took him 5 minutes. The total bill was $150 for 5 minutes and NO materials needed. And when we called to inquire about the billing we were told doctors and hospitals charge way more for less service. Ok. Great analogy. Keep googling for another company.

::I've called them twice, for my leaky washing machine and for my sister's leaky washing machine. Both time they were prompt and professional. The service call was brief but thorough. The technical service was excellent. The first time they explained what they were doing and why, and answered all of my many questions. The second time, I left them to their work and they didn't need any babysitting. They didn't pressure me into buying anything, but explained what was broken and my options for repair. I would recommend them to anyone!
