  I have had them out for fridge repair, dryer repair, and dryer vent cleanings. Didn't always give me good news, but always made sure I understood the problems and solutions. Will continue to use them in the future and recommend them to anyone in need.

  They were supposed to call me on Thursday to set up a time for Friday. They never called and never showed up.

  The scheduler was good at listening to better understand the problem. She provided guidance about what to expect during the service call . The technician was immediately able to identify the problem and provided pros and cons of repair or replacement. I would use them again.
