  Super friendly and extremely helpful!!! As a woman, I never know how I'm going to be treated when going to parts type places, even though I know how to work on cars and appliances... And this gentleman was nothing but professional! I honestly felt like he was treating me like I was one of his own family!!! Thank you so much for your help!!!

  Very helpful. Had the parts I needed for an old washer and helped me fix my dryer even though I didn't buy anything from him.

  Had called around for a kenmore water level switch knowing there wasn't that many, and all I got from the local businesses was "what's the serial number or model number, sorry can't help you". I called D & O and all he asked was what colour was the shaft and after my answer he said he had one. They will definitely have my future service.
