  Bought a dryer there and in the first week they had to come repair it 3 times, having to finally bring me a different one which they then had to also come back out and repair. They send these little teen boys out who barely speak and clearly do not want to work for their family business. They dragged the dryer across my kitchen floor and left 2 black streaks THE ENTIRE LENGTH OF THE KITCHEN that did not ever come off. Now, just over one year later (of course) it stopped heating. Now I'm SOL and the "trade in" they take is only to get free delivery - not to take money off the purchase of another dryer. News flash: Most used appliance stores offer delivery and gladly haul away the broken one so they can fix it and sell it too. Thats how it works. So really, they offer nothing more than the average used appliance dealer and they are confirmed to be unprofessional and lazy.

  We made a purchase the day before Thanksgiving but had to pick up the oven later. They said they would be open until 6 PM. At 5:03 the place was closed and the owner wouldn't take care of us. The following Monday he tried to convince us it was for our own good that he had let us down and we were told that he was doing us a favor by giving us our full refund back, even though the oven in question had never left their store. I don't know what kind of profanity filter this has, but there are not enough words to express how poorly this was handled, how unapologetic the owner was, or how little I think of the integrity of the owner. Try Craigslist. It save us money and headache.
