  My experience with Appliance Cowboys was quite negative. I scheduled an appointment with Marco on Saturday for the coming Monday afternoon. When I had not heard anything from Marco again on Monday afternoon, I contacted him again. He told me that he was not going to be able to make our appointment after all. I had to try to find another company that could come out that day because Appliance Cowboys did not communicate with me at all. I would not recommend.

  My mother’s has used them in the past without a problem, but for our latest repair issue, we have yet to hear back from this company after multiple attempts. My sister called them and spoke with Mary a couple weeks ago Mary was supposed to call her back after checking with a technician - never did. Then my sister emailed them...no response. I then called and spoke with Mary early this week and she was going to have a tech send me a quote after I sent her pics of the oven repair. I sent the pics shortly after hanging up. 2 days later, we still hadn’t heard anything. I text Mary back and she said she would “check with a tech” for the 3rd time and wouldn’t you know....NO RESPONSE TO DATE. They were once reputable but now I would not recommend them as you will never hear back from them...at least not from their receptionist Mary. Very disappointing and unprofessional. Update: I have since been contacted by the company and offered an explanation regarding the delay.

  Highly recommend these guys. Marco was super responsive, very professional, and got our icemaker issue handled so quickly. Will definitely use them in the future!

  Marco was absolutely amazing. He arrived within an hour of me calling. He figured out what was wrong with my dryer and fixed it in less than five minutes. And then he also hung a curtain rod for me!! What great service and above and beyond customer service. I will definitely use them again! Thanks, Marco!

  This is by far, the best repair experience I can ever remember having. Marco was super friendly and offered options. This just does not happen with any appliance repair company. They stayed in touch throughout the day in order to let us know an exact arrival time and gathered all the necessary information prior to coming in order to be fully prepared for the repair. Awesome local family business. Highly recommend!
