::I tried calling this store to schedule my battery replacement after receiving email confirmation that my new battery was ready. After 25 minutes on hold I was finally answered by customer service rep in some far, far away country. After another 5 minutes or so I was transferred to the store to confirm my appointment. When I arrived for the appointment I stepped into line 1, after waiting for 5 minutes for my turn I was directed to line 2, another 5-10 minutes and I was told to stand in a corner of the store and wait behind another customer. 15 more minutes and I was finally able to drop off phone. This process is ridiculous and time consuming. Something needs to be done. Why even list a phone number for the store if nobody picks up. Why have 3 consecutive lines to wait in (none clearly marked) just to get to the appointment you already were slotted for. Hopefully never have to deal with them again, and certainly enough to help me steer clear of any apple products in the future.

::Horrible. They won’t take a walk in service unless you call to make an appointment. Problem is you can’t get through on the phones to make an appointment! Three calls in three days! On hold 30-60 minutes each time! Their system is broken. And I was willing to leave my laptop with them. I wasn’t in a rush at all. Manager was completely unhelpful. Great product. Horrible service......

::Great experience at the Apple store in The Westchester Mall. Although it might be easier to buy a Mac at a local Best Buy since this is in a mall and a little tricky to get to considering the parking lot is about 5 levels, it's worth it. The staff is very knowledgeable and they have every model stocked as where Best Buy might only have a few on hand. Nice to be able to just go and look around and play with the new gear. The Genius Bar is very helpful as well.

::went into the apple store simply because my service was not working. My phone stated "searching" for two days. I went into apple at the Westchester hoping for my phone to work again. Instead my phone does not even turn on. It is completely off and was told to replace my phone it would be $320. NEVER again would I go back there
