  I went to the store and they set an appointment for me. So I had to stay in the store and walk around the mall for one hour and a half. then they sent me a text message that some one is ready to help me, I ran to get there, when I got there I received another text saying that they have canceled my appointment, I talked to one of the staff and he said he will fix the problem with the appointment schedules, but it took me another hour to see an assistance. So I had to wait for around 2 hours in total to see a technical guy. It is not my only experience, I had the same problem in my last visit as well. Their appointment schedules never works.....

  Worst customer experience that I have. Scheduled a battery change for my phone. Came back after 2 hours, paid and picked up the phone. Once walked out of the mall, realized that the battery is still not good, battery dropping fast. Came back to the store. Waited for another 30 minutes, and the tech told me that they forgot to change the battery, and asked me to wait for another hour for the change.

  An incredibly incompetent bunch. I don’t know what kind of training they had to qualify for working at the Apple store. I went there six times for iPhone battery replacement. Every time they kept me waiting and talked some nonsense and still did nothing. Six times and I’m still in need of a battery replacement. Absolute idiots. I don’t know what Apple thinks by keeping these people employed.

  Yes, the store is always crowded. Yes, the wait times are long. Yes, it’s almost impossible to get an appointment on short notice. Why? Because it’s a great store with quality employees who want to get the job done right and make sure their customers are happy! I’ve never had an issue here! And I’m very happy with this store. Yes, your appointment was supposed to be at 3, and maybe it’s an hour late, but maybe the customer before you took longer than expected to remember their passwords, or their MacBook issue is super complicated and takes a lot of Q&A. It’s okay, it happens. So please don’t assume just because the Apple employees aren’t jumping to help you as soon as you get there that they’re rude and ignoring you. They’re helping the other 40+ people in the room with their own issues. You’ll get your turn, all it takes is some patience and understanding.

  They are outstanding. Appointments are made. If you walk in for an appointment, you will go on the schedule if possible, but can leave the shop and are sent a text 15 prior to your appointment time. The knowledge, patience and dedication to customers from this team is worth any extra minute I may have to wait. Their classes are outstanding. Just getting used to the new layout.
